Corsets are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class (£4.99) or Special Delivery (£7.99) within the UK, and by Royal Mail AirSure to the rest of the world (£13.99).

Special Delivery items are delivered before 1pm Next Working Day to mainland Britain. Please note that the delivery service itself is guaranteed next day, not the making of your corset! We might be fast but we dont work miracles - all our corsets are made-to-measure and that takes a little more time!

AirSure items receive priority handling in the UK and abroad and delivery takes from 3 working days upwards.

Heavenly Corsets is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel goes missing or is damaged in transit we will provide you with the relevant tracking number so that you may make a claim with Royal Mail.

Should you wish to return your corset to Heavenly Corsets for repair or alteration, please contact us prior to sending to discuss. Please note that any worn corset returned to us for repair MUST be dry cleaned or laundered before sending. Failure to do so will incur a handling charge of £50 and your corset will be returned directly to you un-repaired. We do not handle un-laundered garments for health and hygeine reasons.
