All Heavenly corsets are made to order, to the Clients specifications, and as so they are custom made items. This means they are subject to the Distance Selling Regulations for Custom Made Items, Office of Fair Trading and as such your purchase for a made-to-order is not refundable. It is important that you measure and order carefully - if in doubt please ask us before you buy; we are always happy to help on sizing, measuring and general queries. If you do get your measurements wrong, just get in touch with us and we will do what we can to help. By completing your order and payment online or order-form offline you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

Payment is accepted via debit or credit card through Patrasys and Paypal - for further details please see our Privacy page. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please contact us and we will send you an order form to complete and return. Card and Paypal payments only for buyers outside the UK please.
