All Heavenly corsets are made to order, to the Clients specifications, and as so they are custom made items. This means they are subject to the Distance Selling Regulations for Custom Made Items, Office of Fair Trading and as such your purchase for a made-to-order is not refundable. It is important that you measure and order carefully - if in doubt please ask us before you buy; we are always happy to help on sizing, measuring and general queries. If you do get your measurements wrong, just get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do what we can to help. Any errors you may make in your ordering may not be rectifiable after that time. By completing your order and payment online or order-form offline you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
